| Description | In 2006 was in Czech Republic accepted new Insolvence law and this rule replaced original legal regulations from beginning of ninetieth years. This new legal regulations is complex of rules respecting requirements for new european tendecies in Insolvency law. New legal regulations will be new instrument for regulations of ecenomic processes. Creators of this law searched inspiratory sources not only in czech legal history, but mainly in modern european legal regulations. |
