| Description | This review informs about utilization of two methods used in molecular examination in multiple myeloma on genomic level: DNA microarrays and chromatin immunoprecipitation. The profit of both methods is very similar in myeloma as well as in other cancers. They allow to study disease pethogenesis, generate new disease classification, and try to predict effect of therapy. Also, they are used to find the new potential target of therapy in multiple myeloma. |
