| Description | This paper presents the development of a computation library ARROW for ecological assessment. The library is built on Java and XML technologies. The base of data for this system is the HEIS database containing all necessary data for using library for the environmental assessment. There is described the way of communication between the library and HEIS database, the technologies used during its development, and basic principles of functionality of the library in the document. |
