| Description | In a cross-test, we examined 52 strains of Salmonella enterica against each other as potencial producers of specific antibacterial agents (temperate phages, bacteriocins, microcins, siderophores) and as potencial sensitive indicators for them. 14 strains (31%) showed production of phages, 3 strains (6%) produced bacteriocins and 2 strains (4%) were capable of producing both agents, phages and bacteriocins. |
