| Description | This text deal the topic of social exclusion of elderly people who are permanently reliant on the help of others. One of the possible intervention methods that can lessen the risk of social exclusion of this target group is the local network of social services that are provided on the basis of needs-assessment and respond to the specific living conditions of elderly people and supported them to stay in thein natural enviroment.
