Description The catastrophic floods in ČR in both 1997 and 2002 years emphasize the necessity of the flood risk management. The aim of this article is to emphasize potential of positive effects of antiflood damages arrangements in the strategic consequencies. The article is based on empirical data from year 1997 (floods in Moravia) and 2002 (floods in Bohemia). In detals is the article focused only to the Morava river basin because of lack of data conected with investment proces in Bohemia area (building dam reservoirs). The paper deals with the possibilities of utilization one from strategy games elements, the adapted incidence matrix.
