| Description | Chernov Viktor was a Russian socioligical and political thinker, leader of the socialists-revolutionarists party. He rejected marxism as a method of the explanation of society. As a counterbalance to "state socialism" he proposed "destatism of state". Against the bolshevist "destructive socialism" he formed the concept of "constructive socialism". |
