• Description: Acumulation of selected heavy metals by water bloom of Brno reservoir was studied in this work. For determination of As, Cd and Pb, ICP-MS was employed. Mercury was determined using AMA-254 analyser. For As, metabolisation was studied as well and biomethylation of As was found.
