| Description | The paper deals with theoretical-methodological and practical approaches of tourism regionalization in the Czech Republic. Firstly, the theoretical approaches are presented on the example of Proposal of New Tourism Regionalization in the Czech Republic that was published as an output of two-and-a-half-year research. This research was focused on analysis and evaluation of the importance of regions in the Czech Republic with regards to their recreation function. And secondly for the practical purposes, another significant publication in field of tourism is considered as an example and it is Tourism Atlas of the Czech Republic that contains more than 60 thematic maps of tourism. |
