| Description | In the paper the authors deal with the question of the liberalisation of the termination of the employment relationship in the Czech Labour Law. The main attention is paid to the ground principles which have the influence on this institute. The authors also deal with the examination of the international and European legal regulation, inclusive of the EU regulation. In the end of the paper the author show the possible evolution of the institute of the termination of the employment relationship within the liberalisation of the legal regulation of the Labour Law. |
