Description | Subscription objective is focused on 108/2006 new social security law which goes for an area still not treated in a legal way and concerning on social services employees status. The law concerns on individual actions done by employees within the social services as well as on their professional skills. Legal modification of employees lifelong education was newly carried out. It helps to control educational programs quality, strengthen adequancy of its contents and complete expectations needed for social services standards within the European Union. Social employees operation drifts to prevention of social exclusion and to an integration of disadvantaged groups of population into the society. Social service law results in reduction of the state monopoly in offering social services, and also giving chance to private providers of social care. The new law adopts market principles in social sphere, because each provider of social care will take part on a fair competition while competing for social weak peoples favour. Positives of the new law are: increasing of qualification possibilities for social workers achievements, important employee. |
