Description | The need for specific foreign politics of the Council of Free Czechoslovakia was saturated by the programme from the beginning of January 1951, in following phase by the rather more elaborated documents from November 1952 and February 1953. All these text were written by Hubert Ripka, diplomat and minister of Czechoslovak governments (1941-1948). The programmes accentuate that an own "liberation politics" plans are necessary and that for propagation of Council goals, the support of politicians and public opinion of the free world countries is essential. These documents are the first degree in the well known "Ripka's plan" from the 1950s. |
