| Description | This paper presents the ways of psychoterapy treatment which aim to reduce anxiety. In this article the anxiety is described as a major phenomenon in various anxiety dis orders expressing it-self both in prychological and somatic area of individual. The case study illustrates variety of these disorders, their variableness as well as possibility of the therapeutic influence. |
