| Description | On the Continent there is a different conception of crime of fraud, whereas in French speaking countries is based on both intent and negligence, German speaking countries and central European countries apply strictly intentional form of commitment. Therefore the harmonisation of the elements of fraud facing protection of financial interests of EC is necessary. |
