| Description | This article deals with the concept of legal hermeneutical thinking and its branches in the 19th and 18th centuries. It presents three main branches of hermeneutical thiniking: methodological, phenomenological and analytical hermeneutics from the point of view of their representatives and the scope of research. The aim of this article is both to present legal hermeneutics as a part of the jurisprudence and to show its philosophical roots. |
