| Description | ergonomics is a relatively new interdisciplinary science. In the school context, it finds its use primarily in optimal space management(concerning the classrooms, corridors, furniture etc.) as well as in regulating work safety and protecting the pupils health. In our study, we mainly concentrate on these issues. However, ergonomics encompassesalso various other aspects of school life, such as noise level, lighting, climatic conditions(temperature, humidity, ventilation), good nutrition, water, intake, creating, timetables,daily learning routine planning and relaxation management. Therefore, our paper aims to define the conceptof ergonomics and serve as an introduction to this complex science. |
