• Description: Genetic abnormalities in medulloblastoma tissues were screened in 18 patients using I-FISH and CGH. Anaplastic medulloblastomas exhibited higher karyotype heterogeneity, MYCC/MYCN amplification tended to be associated with more aggresive behaviour of disease.
