Description | The aim of this study was simple modification of electrochemical technique adsorptive transfer for analysis of nanolitre amount of MT samples. MT (100 uM) in a drop of different volumes (od 500 nl do 15 ul) were analyzed by differential pulse voltammetry Brdička reaction. We discovered, that by decreasing size of drop come up to increasing experimental measurement mistake, which is likely connected with the rate of evaporation of water from the sample. Technically is possible to solve this problem by modification of transfer technique. Suggested technical modification of Paleček transfer method able another significant shift in detection of very low amount of biologically important compounds. |
