| Description | Study deals with the history and contemporary regulation of holding elections to the president office in the Czech Republic. There is made analyses of such problems as e. g. electoral principles, calling elections, manner of standing for election requirements for standing for election, manner of electing, tabulation of electoral results, electoral term and its possible ways of termination. The all problems are analyzed on the basis of electoral practice since 1918 to 2003. |
