Description | Feasibility of LIBS quantification depends upon many parameters. Among others, acoustic signals may be used for internal standardization. This approach may be advantageous for inhomogeneous sample or for a depthwise analysis of sandwich structures. Herein, a survey of behaviour of spectral lines of major elements is made with glazed ceramic wall tiles. |
