Description | Each analytical technique has its advantages and limitations and may serve a particular need in analysis. "Coupling" of various analytical tools to solve a biochemical task can be very promising. In the present work, we report on investigation of affecting of various species of plants (maize, beet, sunflower) by cadmium(II) and lead(II) ions by means of spectroscopic (laser induced breakdown spectroscopy -- LIBS) and electrochemical (high performance liquid chromatography with electrochemical detection -- HPLC-ED) techniques. |
