Description Results show that MCL was uniform in morphology and in type of infiltration, which was in all cases diffuse. Very useful marker for diagnosis seems to be hyaline deposits scattered in the lymphoma tissue. Number of mitoses enable us include 6 cases to the blastoid variant of MCL. In immunohistochemistry, CD5 and cyclinD-1 markers were negative in 30 % of cases. Mutation of p53 gene is rare in MCL. In our series were found two cases with mutation of gene p53.
