| Description | This article is reflection of the changes in the relationship between public administration and citizen regulated by the newly formulated principles of Good Governance contained in the Code of Administrative Proceedings (Act No. 500/2004 Coll.). The influence of the European administrative area and general principles of law (principles of administrative law) is also mentioned. Implementation of the principles mostly affecting the relationship public administration vs. citizen, such as proportionality, legitimate expectation, public administration as a service. Impact on the procedures. Wider dispositional leeway for the administrative discretion brings also increased requirement to the quality of the public administration. |
