Description Accumulation and biotransformation of arsenate by water bloom-forming cyanobacteria (Microcystis sp.) was studied in this work. Anionic arsenic species were quantified using anion exchange liquid chromatography with ICP-MS detection. Some other species, likely arsinoribosides were found in biomass in addition to methylated species (MMA, DMA).
