| Description | The essence of extraordinary events is closely associated with stochastic processes that emphasize quality and indefectibility of information. While solving issues and their impact crisis managers are using recent data gained from dynamic Geovizualization Systems (GIS). These systems contain several data types (par ex. evaluation of property) which are integrated and connected to the GIS . This paragraph is focused on describing the institutions which create, maintain and evolve aforementioned systems in conditions in the world and most of all in Czech Republic. |
