| Description | The land arrangements constitute a good opportunity for the nature protection. The nature protection is regulated by the Law No. 114/1992 Coll., on the protection of nature and the landscape in the Czech Republic. Upon our entry into the European Union the Czech legal order had to include EC directives about Natura 2000. On this base the Law No. 114/1992 Coll. has been modified and one of its new aims has become the special protection of Sites of Community Importance and Bird areas which together constitute Natura 2000 in the Czech Republic. The land arrangements are one of the activities able to affect these areas. The common approach and cooperation between Nature conservation authorities, Land offices and designers of the land arrangement enable to exclude the possibility of the negative influence on these areas. The land arrangements may be a unique chance for design and realization of many useful measures in interest of the nature and landscape.
