| Description | The paper is dealing with possibility of the compensatory damages on the fish caused by the specially protected animals (Lutra lutra L. and Phalocrocorax carbo L.). The Czech Republic pays the damages on the fish in the reservoirs commonly, but the new regulation of the compensatory damages on the fish in the rivers is very problematic under the Law No. 115/2000 Coll. (rather impossible). |
