| Description | The sociological questionnaire was used to find out employees stage, and life attitude, their nutritional habits. Basic antropometric measurement was used to find out their wight and high.For diagonstics of functional disorders of locomotive apparatus was used Jandas funcitonal muscle test. Diagnostics device DTP-2 was used to find out the depth of neck and back spinal curve.After 3 months lasting corrective exercises course was found statistically significant improvement of muscel stage caused by regular exercising and changing of workstation ergonomic and lifestyle habits. |
