| Description | The aim of the article is to clartify the conception of supervision and the possibilities how to use the concept in helping professions. The focus is on basic division of supervision (reflective and competnecy model). The theoretical base is illustrated by the Minimum standard of education in social work elaborated by Association of schools of social woork in CR and by the way the subject is taught at the Department of socai policy and social work FSS MU. |
