| Description | This article deals with home arrest which should become one of possible alternatives of the unsuspended sentence of imprisonment in accordance with the draft of new Criminal Code. It is aimed at analysis of legal regulation sugessted first of all, but covers also other issues such as for example constitutional aspect or advantages and disadvantages of home arrest. The article tries to answer a question whether the home arrest could be an efective alternative of imprisonment. |
