| Description | A new record of the Holarctic species Atrichopogon (Meloehelea) oedemerarum Stora, 1939 is given from the Neotropical region, based on the identification of a male specimen from Guatemala deposited at the CNCI (Ottawa, Canada). The main diagnostic characters and recent distribution of this species are presented. This is the first report of this subgenus in the Neotropical region. Two new species of this subgenus were described from the Nearctic and Neotropical regions as well. |
