| Description | The paper presents host records for 17 species of Tachinidae (for subfamilies Exoristinae and Tachininae) from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Croatia, Macedonia, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Bulgaria as following: Exorista larvarum - Melanchra pisi; Exorista segregata - Catocala nymphaea; Sturmia bella - Hadena compta; Spallanzania multisetosa - Cycnia sordida (first host record); Tachina praeceps - Cucullia bubaceki; Bithia modesta - Bembecia megillaeformis. Moreover it informs on new country host records: 6 for tachinids from the Czech Republic, 1 sp. from Portugal and 1 from Slovakia. New country records of the tachinid species: Rhacodinella apicata from the Czech Republic, Masicera pavoniae from Macedonia and Bithia demotica from Portugal are presented. |
