Description | This paper demonstrates that different legal spheres such as international law, EC law and national law engage in interaction especially when they share a common principles. Ecological problems and our responses to them are leading to an increasing number of trade conflicts. It will be focused on the principle of prevention not only within the framework of international law (duty of care obligation), but also on the framework of EC law (Enviromental Impact Assesment, hereafter EIA) and its interaction with Czech national legal system. |
