| Description | In her article the author deals with the actual problems within the municipal financial systems. Municipal financial systems may be seen from several point of views. In her article the author mainly focuses on the public finance theory. In terms of financial legal regulations and economic system, the author refers especially to the conditions of: stability, effectivity, consistency, transparency and autonomy of the municipal system, although the other important aspects are also worth mentioning |
