• Description: Electrochemical detection was applied for the study of metallothionein (MT) levels in both sensitive and resistant neuroblastoma cells incubated with cisplatin. There was found that MT level is increased in resistant cells and it increases with higher cytostatics concentration. MT therefore can play a role in the mechanism od resistance to platinum cytostatics.
