| Description | Based on the concept of "resolving dilemmas of the work with clients" the authors discuss the situation in the Czech welfare services for elderly. Particular attention is paid to the differences in working conditions that follow the design of the government policy concerning the non-govermental and the statutory social service organizations. The findings are based on the long-term research on the social workers responses to the dilemmas connected with the working conditions in organizations. |
