| Description | The contribution deals with the proposal of the Regulation on maintenance obligation. The Regulation will bring a comprehensive regulation of maintenance at Community level. The Regulation will cover matters of jurisdiction, applicable law as well as recognition and enforcement. It will regulate maintenance obligations arising from family relationships or relationships deemed by the applicable law as having comparable effect. |
