• Description: Our aim was to put the method of examination and surgical treatment of brain tumors into practice.We mapped eloquent language and motor cortical areas.The results in the motor group of patients demonstrate fMRI as a method complementary to intraoperative cortical stimulation. We designed a paradigm 'semantic decision task' which seemed to activate language cortical network in complexity. Our task also showed to be useful in language dominance assessment.
