| Description | In the process of European integration, the economic integration began to play the major role. Need for development of institutional mechanisms for "Europe of citizens" comes with need for elimination of theatening "Europe, stock company", inner insuficiency and open evil in those mechanisms of national countries that turns against their citizens. For EU accession candidates this need is quite urgent together with need for general cultivation and moreover, re-education of national bureaucracies. |
