| Description | The paper deals with the Activitygram programme composed in Cooper Institute in the USA. The goal of the Activitygram combined with the Fitnessgram method is to influence students' movement activity so as to optimize gradually their weekly movement regime and consequently optimize a level of healthy oriented students' fitness. The authors want to prove exploratively the applications of AG programme in Czech primary schools. |
