| Description | Subjects of small and medium entrepreneurial activities have a disadvantage in comparison with big enterprises. They cant reach economies of scale. One way, how to cope with this problem is economic association. This association can be both cooperative and concentration character. Cooperative association preserves original economic independence, by concentration association the economic independence ceases. |
