| Description | The Social Policy System reacts on deep changes and processes which are taking place in developed countries. The role of the State in the social area is a direct executor custodian who does not give enough space for individual decisions of the addressees of social services. By transferring one part of its activities to the sector of nongovernmental institutions, the State unloaded partially its monopole burden. Example may be a care contribution, when the client can freely choose provider of the service. Social care system aims to rectify efficiently, without creating distortions, the primary income distribution on labour market and in the economically noncative population, through noncash forms of social care and by providing social services. The aim of this report is to analyze modern instruments in present social care system in the Czech Republic. |
