| Description | The contribution deals with the issue of the spatial tourism management organization. In brief it analyzes the tourism organization structure in Austria and Canada and compares it with the situation in the Czech Republic. Moreover, the paper focuses on the functions of destination management process and their cooperative tasks which extent is determined by the spatial operation of each destination companies. |
