Description | Good outcome is associated with PbtO2 valuse which are higher than 20 mmHg, while the poor outcomeis associated with PbtO2 values which are lower than 20 mmHg in longterm post-SAH period. Our current observations show that the brain tissue oxymetry might be advatageous in the early detection of ischaemic changes and is complimentary to TCD. |
