| Description | In the Czech Republic we have been witnessing more and more often with extraordinary events. Their random appearance and variable extent has negative impacts on the relevant risks perception. These risks have complicated systematic preparation of preventive measures. This paper deals with standardization of anti-flood measurements as a specific instrument of public policy in the crisis management area that should be used for increasing of effective allocation of financial resources on their realization. |
