| Description | The city of Brno established a coordination group in order to set up a social enterprise. The project is based on an idea that the participation of state administration (e.g. city and Bureau of Labour representatives) is necessary in creation of efficient social enterprise. In theory, the state administrations role should be not only to coordinate the action of other (non-governmental) subjects, but also to actively coordinate the whole system and to participate initiatively in it (advantage is that the state administration is independent on personal benefit). The project is, on the present, in phase of starting discussions. This paper aims to introduce the standards on which the purpose of concerned project is based. |
