Description | Plants are exposed to a large array of phytopathogenic organisms and the survival in these conditions demands quick defense responses which include the synthesis of defense antifungal proteins - hordothionins (HTs) - associated with deggre of beer gushing. RIBM data and data observed from GE and MS were chemometric evaluated by program Statistica, V8.0. The presence of HT observed in the barley and malt caryopsis does not correlate with gushing observed in malt caryopsis (|R| belons to interval 0.07, 0.34). |
