• Description: It is an interactive Atlas for those willing to learn basic taxa of benthic cyanobacteria and algae living in waters of the CR. The CD contains 214 representatives of various taxonomic groups (cyanobacteria, rhodophyta, diatoms, green algae, charophyta and so on). Present are tables with a name of a taxon, its picture, synonymes, ecological demands, morphological description and similar taxa. Present are different chapters such as: Sampling, Important morphological features, Evaluation of ecological state of rivers in the CR and EU, Terms and Recommended literature.
