Description The chapter provides an explanation of the ethics of responsibility by German sociologist Max Weber. The analyze describes the basic principles and categories of his conception of ethics and morality. The core of this conception creates the protestant religion; its principle of individuality, individual responsibility, rationality of act and the working effort. Max Weber conception is a first attempt to define an ethics as an ethics of responsibility.
