| Description | This text analysis selected questiones of the evidence from the Lisabon reform treaty 2008 and Bill of basic rights of the European Union 2007 point of view. It does comparison of this state with national legislation in the Czech Republic. Conclusion: standard of the european law does not go over the standard of the czech national criminal process and constitutional law. On the contrary, national standard is in the some directions higher; f. e. the reach of the principle ne bis in idem. |
